Tenute Artemisia reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be valid from the date of publication on the website and will not affect orders already confirmed.<\/p><h3>2. <strong>Use of the Site<\/strong><\/h3><p>Access to and use of the site are restricted to users of legal age, and all visitors are responsible for ensuring that the information entered is correct and truthful. It is prohibited to use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.<\/p><h3>3. <strong>Registration and User Account<\/strong><\/h3><p>To make purchases on the site, a user account can be created. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and agree not to disclose their username and password to third parties. Tenute Artemisia reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><h3>4. <strong>Products<\/strong><\/h3><p>Tenute Artemisia strives to provide accurate product descriptions, including ingredients, characteristics, quantities and images. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual appearance of the products. All products are subject to availability and may sell out or be removed from the site at any time without notice.<\/p><h3>5. <strong>Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/h3><p>The prices shown on the website are in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be subject to change, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept the main payment methods: credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. Tenute Artemisia shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><h3>7. <strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p>In accordance with Italian law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 working days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us and return the product in its original condition. Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Further information is available in the section <strong>Returns and Refunds<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>8. <strong>Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><p>Tenute Artemisia accepts returns and handles refunds as stated on the page <strong>Returns and Refunds<\/strong>. Products must be returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. In the event of an accepted return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of the returned product.<\/p><h3>9. <strong>Legal Warranty of Conformity<\/strong><\/h3><p>All products sold are covered by the legal conformity warranty, which covers conformity defects for a period of <strong>24 months<\/strong> from the date of delivery. In the event of conformity defects, the customer shall be entitled to repair, replacement or reduction of the price, or to reimbursement in accordance with the terms of the law.<\/p><h3>10. <strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3><p>Tenute Artemisia shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of the purchased products. The products must be used in accordance with the indications on the labels and in the descriptions. In no event shall Tenute Artemisia be held liable for any accidental or indirect damage or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold on the site.<\/p><h3>11. <strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3><p>All the contents of the site, including text, images, logos, designs and trademarks, are the property of Tenute Artemisia or their respective owners and are protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.
