The prices shown on the website are in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be subject to change, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept the main payment methods: credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. The order will only be processed after verification of payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us and return the product in its original condition. 8. Returns and Refunds

Tenute Artemisia accepts returns and handles refunds as stated on the page Returns and Refunds. Products must be returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. In the event of an accepted return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of the returned product.

9. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal conformity warranty, which covers conformity defects for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. In the event of conformity defects, the customer shall be entitled to repair, replacement or reduction of the price, or to reimbursement in accordance with the terms of the law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tenute Artemisia shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of the purchased products. The products must be used in accordance with the indications on the labels and in the descriptions. In no event shall Tenute Artemisia be held liable for any accidental or indirect damage or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold on the site.

All the contents of the site, including text, images, logos, designs and trademarks, are the property of Tenute Artemisia or their respective owners and are protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.
