Phrases such as 'a healthy diet' and 'proper physical activity' are recurrent in the prevention of many diseases and as a means to stay healthy and feel good, but it is extremely difficult to navigate through the many interpretations of concepts such as balanced meals, varied and balanced nutrition, or aerobic physical activity and sports therapy. Firstly, because each dietary and sporting model must be customised to our age, the type of life we lead, our goals and our possibilities, and secondly, because the close link between what we eat and what we consume through physical activity requires us to know a few basic rules in order not to make mistakes, such as exclusionary diets - there are no foods to be demonised - or exhausting gym sessions that do not achieve the goal of making us feel better and are therefore often abandoned after a short time.
